Consultations are payable by Interac e-transfer.
Insurance receipts for private insurance can be issued upon request.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance to allow someone else to take the time slot. A fee of 50% will be charged for any missed or cancelled appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice.
